Pre-heat your garment for 3-5 seconds to remove moisture. Place the transfer face-down on the fabric. Press at 300°F to 325°F for 15 seconds with medium-firm pressure. Peel warm (not hot), then press again for 5 seconds with a cover sheet or parchment paper for maximum durability and wash resistance.

A heat press gives the best results with consistent temperature and pressure. A household iron can work for small transfers on cotton, but results may vary due to uneven heat distribution. We strongly recommend a quality heat press for professional, consistent results.
