Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Quality of Workmanship
Please make sure to inspect your artwork thoroughly and ensure for the best resolution in order to achieve expected results. Fresh Prints LLC will not be responsible for graphic design elements to images printed and or images printed without appropriate permissions.
Exchanges
There is no need to send us items that have been deemed replaceable. You will provide documentation for proof by approved contact for the replacements.
Right to Refuse Business
We can for any reason at any time deemed necessary or desirable refuse and or cancel services offered. Customer accounts in good standing will receive priority.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our business we do not offer returns and/or refunds. All sales are final. In the event an error has occurred with your order due to any negligence on our part we will work hard to replace the items as requested.
